Without objection, CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 39(RES) was adopted and read the second time. Senator Halford, Acting Majority Leader, moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
